Ethnic Beverages offers naturally processed sugarcane juice in sealed glass bottles. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely error free. In case of a significant error, we reserve the right to cancel the related order and notify the customer with a full refund.
Product appearance may vary slightly from website images due to natural variation in raw materials or packaging updates.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance by Ethnic Beverages. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order
- We use trusted and secure payment gateways for all transactions
- Ethnic Beverages does not store your card details on our servers
- In case of a payment failure, contact your bank before attempting again
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third party logistics partners or events beyond our control.
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days
- Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination
- Shipping charges if any will be shown at checkout before payment
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
5. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, leaking, or significantly different from what was described
- Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence sent to info@ethnicbeverages.com
- We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed products
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method
- Replacements may be offered at our discretion depending on availability
- Each complaint will be assessed individually and our decision will be final
6. Product Storage and Usage
Customers are responsible for proper storage of the product after delivery.
- Store bottles in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
- Do not expose to extreme heat or freeze the bottles
- Once opened, consume within 24 hours for best taste and quality
- Always check the best before date printed on the bottle before consuming
- Ethnic Beverages is not liable for any effects resulting from improper storage or consumption after the best before date
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including the brand name, logo, product images, written content, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Ethnic Beverages. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use will be subject to legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
8. Prohibited Activities
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

11. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to first contact us at info@ethnicbeverages.com to resolve any dispute amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on our website. We do not warrant that our website will be continuously available or free of errors. Use of our website is at your own risk.
